How do we book and pay?
A 50% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, and the balance is due the week of your session.
Simply fill in the contact form or contact me directly, and I’ll send through an invoice along with all the payment details.
How long is a session?
You can choose between a mini session (30 minutes),
1 hour session (perfect for little ones with shorter attention spans), or a
2 hour session (ideal if you’d like a slower pace, outfit changes, or two different locations).
How many photos will we receive?
For a mini session (30 minutes), you can expect around 25 final images.
1 hour session, expect around 50+ final images.
2 hour session, usually 100+ images.
All are edited, high-resolution, and ready to download, share, and print.
Both 1-hour and 2-hour sessions come with a beautiful handcrafted leather pouch and a set of prints to treasure.
Where will the session take place?
We’ll decide together. I can suggest beautiful outdoor locations, we can shoot in the comfort of your home, or even somewhere meaningful to your family.
The goal is to make it feel natural, comfortable, and fun.
What should we wear?
Keep it simple, comfortable, and true to you.
Neutral tones and soft colours photograph beautifully, but the most important thing is that you feel relaxed in what you’re wearing.

What if my kids don’t cooperate?
That’s normal and part of the fun! I don’t expect perfectly posed smiles. I focus on connection, play, and the real in-between moments. Even the “chaos” photographs beautifully.
Don’t worry, I’ve got plenty of patience and tricks to keep little ones engaged.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If it’s pouring rain or miserable, we’ll reschedule for a new date at no extra cost. If it’s just a bit cloudy or windy, that can actually make for gorgeous photos , so we’ll decide together on the day.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens!
If someone is sick or the weather isn’t playing along, we’ll reschedule your session.
Your deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date if needed.
How soon will we get our photos?
You’ll receive a handful of sneak peeks within a week, and your full online gallery will be ready within 30 days.
Do you travel for sessions?
Yes! Whether it’s sandy toes on the beach, mountain views, or just your favourite park, I’ll happily travel to capture your family story.
Travel within Stellenbosch is included, and for sessions further afield, a travel fee may apply.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! Prints, albums, and other keepsakes are available on request. Get in touch and we'll help you find the perfect way to display and preserve your photographs.
What's included in our session?
All sessions include a beautifully curated digital gallery, ready to share, download, and print.
With full sessions, you’ll also receive a handcrafted leather pouch filled with a few prints - something tangible to hold, display, and treasure, because memories shouldn’t only live on screens.
